Potential Distillery space available in Greenwich, London

The Gin Guild has been advised of a potential a boutique distillery space. On the plan (above) it is the area in green named London Print Services.

Access is via large gates off Waller Way (which in turn is off Greenwich High Rd) through the courtyard. At the moment there is a pizza and cocktail bar in the courtyard ahead of you as you enter. To the right is Davy’s Wine Vaults (Wine bar and dining rooms), and above the wine bar there is Houdini Escape Rooms.

The yard is planned to become a major attraction for Greenwich and the southeast. In the location box (right) you can see that Greenwich Mainline and Dockland Light Railway stations are directly adjacent to the premises. So it is very well connected to Canary Wharf (10 mins), London Bridge (10 mins), and to the South East.

The owners are open to different ideas of how the relationship might work with someone distilling, but would ideally want to make the distillery available as a visitor attraction too.
