Tanqueray have this month launched another new product, Tanqueray Old Tom.

Named after the still that survived the blitz of London and was moved to Cameronbridge Distillery near Edinburgh, this is master distiller Tom Nichol’s interpretation of a 1835 recipe.

It will be launched as a ‘Limited Edition’ run of just 100,000 individually numbered bottles in June 2014 worldwide.

“This exceptional liquid will allow bartenders to recreate authentic Old Tom cocktails with a true sense of how they would have tasted historically,” said Tanqueray global brand ambassador Barrie Wilson.
